We talk to ~12 SaaS teams every month. We sign with 2–3. That's not a sales filter — it's a fit filter, and it's the reason our pilots actually deliver.
FAQ
Nothing formal. It helps if you can name your top growth bottleneck in one sentence (e.g. "we have decent trial signups but they're not converting" or "our paid CAC is rising and we need a compounding channel"). We'll do the digging on the call — no homework required.
Then we'll say so directly on the call. We have specific criteria — primarily B2B SaaS with $1.2k+ ACV and an established product. If your stage or category isn't a match, we'd rather tell you upfront and refer you to someone better suited than pretend otherwise. We do this most weeks.
The 15-minute discovery call is genuinely free. If you want a deeper paid audit (a 7–10 day technical SEO/AEO audit with a written report), we offer that separately — but it isn't a prerequisite for working with us. Most teams skip straight to a 60-day pilot after the discovery call.
From first call to active engagement is typically 10–14 days: discovery call → proposal (3 days) → contract → kickoff (within 7 days of signing). We hold capacity for 2–3 new engagements per month and rarely have a queue longer than 2–3 weeks.
Sometimes. We're most effective for post-PMF companies with revenue and signal — typically $30k+ MRR with measurable trial-to-paid conversion. Pre-PMF, our playbooks are usually premature; the product needs to be validated before you scale distribution. If you're at that early stage, we can usually point you toward a better immediate move on the discovery call.
Yes. The discovery call is with a senior strategist — the same person who would lead your engagement if we work together. No SDRs, no account executives, no handoffs to a different team after the contract is signed. We deliberately keep the team small for this reason.
